1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to s99y. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and s99y ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the s99y platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the s99y platform. Continued use of this platform following the publication of any amendments to these terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use s99y services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Register under your own name — registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the s99y platform.

S99y reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Accepted documents include national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other officially recognized documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until full compliance is achieved.

3 User Account

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account at s99y at all times. This includes accounts registered using different information, different devices, or different IP addresses by the same individual. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your account username and password confidential.
• Ensure no other party accesses your account without authorization.
• Notify s99y immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date.

S99y will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed your own action, unless you have reported unauthorized access to us.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

S99y supports multiple local payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and instant bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 5.00 per transaction.
• Deposited funds must originate from an account registered under the member's own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned after deduction of the applicable processing fee.
• S99y is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.

Withdrawal Requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30.00 per application.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account registered in the member's name.
• Qualifying withdrawal requests are processed in under 3 minutes.
• S99y reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving high-value withdrawals.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

S99y offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value to members' gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set out in each promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus has its own rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the stipulated time period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Each member is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• S99y reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., simultaneous two-sided betting) to meet rollover requirements is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the s99y platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and verified by an independent, accredited third-party audit body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including s99y itself.

Members agree that:

• Game outcomes are final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verified by s99y.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, s99y will use saved system records to determine the valid outcome.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, unless a verified technical error has occurred.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by the respective game providers and are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, s99y strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Fraud and Forgery — Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Money Laundering — Using the s99y platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse — Using multiple accounts or false information to obtain bonuses fraudulently.
• Hacking & Software Exploitation — Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to exploit the games.
• Account Sharing — Allowing others to use your account or using another person's account.
• System Disruption — Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or hack s99y systems.

Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action, including account suspension or termination, fund freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8 Account Termination

S99y reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Voluntary request by the member.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be refunded upon completion of identity verification, provided there are no outstanding term violations.

9 Data Protection
